The appointment of Inder P. Singh, President and CEO of NexTrends Solutions and Mark Hoover, CEO of Vidder and a Venture Partner at Woodside Fund brings extensive technology, market development and organizational management expertise to DataGuise as the company gains momentum as an information security leader.

Inder P. Singh has over 30 years of experience in information technology, business and operations in the financial services industry. Singh has been a visionary in the evolution of next-generation financial payment technologies and until 2004, was executive vice president and Global CIO of Visa International with responsibilities to oversee integrity, interoperability and security of Visa's technology and processing infrastructure . Singh has also served in senior executive positions at Bank of America where he was executive vice president of consumer banking product and delivery support, executive vice president of payments strategy and interstate banking and executive vice president of global wholesale technology. Singh's experience also includes C-level positions at ExlServices (NASDAQ: EXLS), Quintant, a BPO company that was sold to I Gate (NASDAQ: IGTE) and Card Capture Services (CCS), owner of the third largest ATM network in the United States until acquisition by E*Trade (NASDAQ: ETFC).
Mark Hoover has been involved in the technology and market development of networking technologies over a period that also spans nearly 30 years. Prior to Vidder, Hoover was president of Acuitive, a strategic marketing consulting firm where he developed extensive techniques and processes to validate customer and market demand and developed winning product and business strategies that helped Acuitive clients, including Brocade, Alteon Websystems, Netscreen, Maverick Semiconductor, Redline Networks, and many others, achieve more than $30 billion in exit valuations.
